Our Experience in Strategic Session Facilitation
Our team has extensive experience in developing and conducting programs and strategic sessions for leading industrial companies, including Severstal, EVRAZ, NPO Energomash, Novatek, ALROSA, Rostec, and others from 2017 to 2023.
Lead Moderator:
Pavel Bilenko – Professor of Practice, Academic Director of International Programs at SKOLKOVO School of Management (2017–2023). Over 20 years of experience in project and team management within major international industrial and engineering corporations. Six years of experience in developing and facilitating corporate educational programs and strategic sessions.
Team Moderators:
• Engineers with hands-on production experience
• Scientists (PhD and Doctor of Science)
• Specialists with expertise in moderation, strategic facilitation, and corporate educational programs
Next Steps:
1. Approval of the strategic session plan – confirming speaker names and topics.
2. Finalizing the date, location, and format (in-person or remote).
3. Compiling and approving the participant list – selecting and preparing external experts.
4. Preparing teams and speakers – creating and distributing case studies and pre-reading materials for the session.
5. Conducting the session – delivering presentations, moderating team discussions, and facilitating structured dialogues based on pre-developed scenarios.
6. Systematizing the outcomes – compiling team reports, key takeaways, and preparing a final strategic session report.

• Client’s enterprises and branch offices
